I use only the freshest, crisp, and juicy apples available. The apples I use most often are Fuji Apples, however I also use Granny Smith, Braeburn or Mutsu (Crispin) apples depending on the season. These apples similarly offer a sweet yet subtle tart flavor. Our "Jumbo" apples are about the size of a grapefruit and can weigh almost two pounds when decorated. |

Hi. I was in Chuckey visiting my parents for Thanksgiving last week.
We went shopping at the mall in Johnson City. I decided to buy one of
your apples. I have always wanted to try a specialty apple, but was
afraid they wouldn't be fresh or really that good, for that kind of
money. I am writing to let you know that my boyfriend and I were in
Heaven the other night eating that apple!!! It was well worth the $12
(I got the Big one). He doesn't eat milk chocolate, so I got the carmel
with white chocolate and crushed macadamia's. It was INSANELY
delicious!!!!!! You have got it down pat that's for sure. Thank you so
much for a wonderful product. I look forward to trying your other
